Hanoi announces traffic restrictions for “Proud to be Vietnamese” programme

VTV.vn - From 12:00 on August 17 until the conclusion of the programme, all vehicles – except those with security badges, police and military vehicles, and other priority vehicles as prescribed by law – will be prohibited from travelling on Le Quang Dao street an Le Duc Tho street.
