Pacific trade ministers aim to seal TPP trade pact

VTV.vn - Top trade representatives from 12 Pacific countries began talks in Atlanta on Wednesday, hoping to finalize the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement after July negotiations in Hawaii failed.
