Danang International Airport and Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Aiport ranked 23rd and 28th respectively in the website’s 2015 Airport Survey. The annual survey asked travellers to rate their airport experiences based on factors such as services and facilities, terminal cleanliness, customer service and comfort.
While Danang airport's inclusion in the Best Airports in Asia list is no surprise, Noi Bai's presence in the list is. This reflects the Hanoi-based airport's efforts to improve its customer experience and the benefits of its international standard second terminal.
