However the process will exclude six state-owned enterprises, including 4 corporations and 2 member companies, which provide important public services. The ministry expects other companies in the sector to finish their equitisation process by the end of this year. 

The Vietnam National Shipping Lines, Vinalines, and the Aviation Airport Corporation of Vietnam and their member companies are expected to have initial public offering by the end of this year.
