Report reviews integration commitments
VTV.vn - The National Assembly Standing Committee held a meeting this morning to review the results of international economic integration since Vietnam became a member of the World Trade Organization in 2007.

According to the report, policies and legal documents have generally been in line with WTO commitments. Most significantly, the economy has been restructured more positively, resulting in improved export value. The financial market is more diverse, and living standards have increased.

However, the report also shows that the economy still has a low sustainability rate, and the competitive capacity of Vietnamese brands is still limited. WTO observers suggested continuing administrative reform in tax and investment procedures to match international integration commitments.
