International driver’s licences issued from October 15th

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be the first places for applicants to receive their new licences. The Vietnam Administration of Road Traffic is finishing the digital database and preparations for the new driver’s licence. Eligible applicants are supposed to receive their licence within 5 working days.
