The centre will support feasible climate mitigation innovations, both financially and through consulting.
CIC Vietnam was originally thought up by the World Bank and was launched by Vietnam’s Ministry of Science, with support from the Australian and UK governments.
CIC Vietnam is a part of a global network of innovation centers in seven countries. The centre not only supports enterprises in green technology development but calls for efforts from both the government and private sector in effective climate change mitigation actions.
