Amended law on pharmacy and import-export duties discussed
VTV.vn - The National Assembly discussed amended law on pharmacy and import-export duties on Friday, with a range of concerns raised over pricing and taxes.
Some delegates also said that those who are liable for the tax were not specified in the law leading to wasted time waiting for guiding circulars even after the law is issued. Therefore, those subject to paying taxes should be specified in the law in the coming time.
