Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh underlined Vietnam's determination to ratify and implement the Trans-Pacific Partnership and expressed the hope the TPP Bill would soon be passed by the US Congress.
Both sides also hope to enhance ties in the coming period; especially in anticipation of President Obama’s visit to Vietnam.
