He emphasised that Vietnam was stepping up global integration which would pose both opportunities and challenges.
The two provinces were encouraged to follow the 12th Party Congress Resolution and focus on restructuring agricultural products, improving productivity and product quality. He asked the provincial governments to take care of beneficiaries of social policies and disadvantaged households during Tet.
