Nations Approve Landmark Climate Accord in Paris
VTV.vn - The agreement is expected to be signed in April 2016, although the U.N. Secretary-General will allow countries to sign through April 2017.
The global climate summit in Paris forged a landmark agreement on Saturday, setting the course for a historic bid to stop global warming. France’s Foreign Minister stated that the Accord is fair, flexible, and legally binding, while the French President called it "a historical moment for humanity".
