Ho Chi Minh City fosters co-operation with Shanghai

The Vietnamese leader said he believed that the visit will help consolidate and develop the traditional friendship and links between the two nations and between Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City and other Vietnamese localities.

The guest expressed his hope that the city’s leaders would boost their ties. The two sides then witnessed the signing of several documents on educational and technology co-operation between the two cities.
