Global integration to be boosted

Addressing the congress, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Minh Binh underscored the achievements of Vietnam’s diplomacy, which had realized the resolutions of the 11^th National Party Congress.

Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh also highlighted that to enter into further integration, Vietnam needs to implement foreign policy orientations passed by the 12^th National Party Congress while fostering strategic relations, enhancing the efficiency of integration, and realising integration strategies to 2020.
