70-year history of Vietnam’s diplomacy reviewed

VTV.vn - Since the Democratic Republic of Vietnam was founded in 1945, diplomacy has made a great contribution to national reunification and global integration.

In order to review the country’s diplomatic activities in the past 70 years, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a conference in Hanoi on August 12th.

Until August 2015, Vietnam has established diplomatic relations with 185 out of 193 United Nations’ member countries. Among that, Vietnam has strategic partnerships with 13 nations and comprehensive partnerships with 11 nations.
