HCM CITY — Navigos Search and the Hanoi College for Electro-mechanics on February 2 officially signed a memorandum of understanding to train soft skills for lecturers and students.
The co-operation will facilitate useful training programs for students, such as resume writing and job interview skills.
For lecturers, the executive search firm Navigos Search will provide separate training programs on these skills so that the lecturers can then train students in the these courses.
The training courses for students are expected to start in the first quarter of 2018 to support the students who will graduate this year.
These training programs will be conducted by the experienced recruitment consultants of Navigos Search. — Đức
