THANH HÓA — A 20-day-old girl in Bỉm Sơn Town, in the central province of Thanh Hóa, was kidnapped early Saturday evening while she was at home with her mother and grandmother.
A masked couple reportedly rushed into the house, put a knife to the neck of the grandmother as she held the girl and took her away. The grandmother tried to follow the kidnappers but fell down and was knocked unconscious. The baby’s mother was in the kitchen at the time of the incident, while the father was not at home.
Local authorities and police are investigating the case, but as of yesterday, there is no further information. — Đức
