BÀ RỊA-VŨNG TÀU — The Customs Department of the southern province of Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu found 100 bricks of heroin (about 35kg), hidden in a container of imported scrap.
According to customs officers at Cái Mép Port, this is one of 17 containers of steel scrap that the Pomina 2 Steel Company imported to produce steel. The containers were transported on the Mark Shenzhen ship of Liberia.
