Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc affirmed that the Congress is a meaningful gathering of Vientamese young people full of vitality, creativity, and ambition. Over the course of history, under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, great generations of Vietnamese students have always upheld passionate patriotism, always leading the fight.
The PM hoped that the spirit should continue to be maintained by the younger generations to build a strong nation. The Prime Minister required the students to train themselves, improving their skills with English and information technology to participate in the process of international integration.
