Yen Bai achieved initial success in public administration reform

Jumping fourteen places in the administrative procedure reform index, becoming one of the top five localities in the provincial public administration index, Yen Bai Province has been a bright spot among the mountainous provinces in the northwestern region of Vietnam. With 180 commune-level public administrations all connected online, Yen Bai Province is leading the region toward the construction of e-government.

In Yen Bai Province, many districts have online public services available at level 3. The Provincial Public Administration Center and the Public Administration Service Portal together help reduce procedural time by half, and save over 21.4 million USD for the Government.
