An adaptation of Nguyen Nhat Anh's best-selling novel, the coming-of-age saga has pulled in $3.5 million since its debut on Oct 1. It was also named "Best Film" at the 2015 Silk Road International Film Festival. Amsterdam-based Fortissimo Films is handling international sales for the film.
