A survey recently conducted by the National Traffic Safety Committee and World Health Organisation in ten provinces and cities in Việt Nam found that 40 percent of traffic accidents were caused by drunk drivers.
The Hà Thành Xẩm singing group currently consists of 20 members with different backgrounds but all share a love for this traditional art. The group performs frequently in front of the statue of King Le Thai To by Hoan Kiem Lake to bring this traditional art form to the public.
