With support from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the World Bank, the programme is expected to take place from August 16-22 in Seoul, the Republic of Korea (ROK).
At the conference, speakers discussed the Vietnamese enterprises’ demand for technology transfer and business cooperation with technologically advanced markets such as the ROK, Japan, the EU, the US, Australia and Canada in a new stage of international integration.
Participants stated that in order to boost investment and technology transfer, more efforts are needed to improve the legal environment, simplify administrative measures and provide support for businesses in green tech and renewable energy.
According to VKBIA Chairman Tran Hai Linh, the association will support some high-quality Vietnamese products in seeking appropriate trade partners in the Korean market.
The VKBIA will also support Korean tech firms, research institutes and universities to select partners for technology transfer in the Vietnamese market while offering Vietnamese companies the opportunity to approach Korea’s advanced technology.
