Wind power plant in Bac Lieu
VTV.vn - The Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu has started the construction of the first phase of the operations center of the Dong Hai 1 wind power plant in Long Dien commune, Dong Hai district.
According to project investor, Bac Phuong Joint Stock Company, the operations center, which costs 5.6 million USD, will lay the foundation for the building of the undersea infrastructure of the wind power plant, which has 12 wind turbines. It's slated to begin in Quarter 4.
