This year, unlike the previous five seasons when it was only possible for one candidate to close a full-time job deal with one boss, a candidate can now close deals with multiple bosses at once (three, five, or six deals, to be exact), fostering diversity and improving the ability to match candidates with employers. This is one of the reasons why so many candidates are finalizing deals - 35 deals were closed, more than twice as many as in previous seasons.
Season 6's record-breaking income levels, which far exceed those of previous seasons, are another highlight. Deals with income levels of up to VND300 million, VND160 million and VND100 million have been documented, indicating intensive negotiations between candidates and bosses as well as strong competition.
