Through simple practices such as watering plants with recycled bottles or saving electricity, they have helped raise school-children’s awareness about environmental conservation.
This is just one among Water Wise’s 6 projects currently underway. Other projects include recycling paper, saving energy, and applying science in protecting the environment. Established and supported by the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative program in 2012, as of today, Water Wise has carried out more than 40 projects, playing an important role in getting children involved in environmental protection.
