In response to the Tet tree-planting festival, commemorating President Ho Chi Minh, and in line with the government's initiative to plant one billion green trees, the VTV Youth Union, in collaboration with the organizing committee of the "Uncle Ho's Tree Garden" program, held a tree-planting activity within the premises of the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace on March 7th. Six VTV youths were among the 60 delegates awarded the Uncle Ho Badge and the Exemplary Tree-Planting Badge.
This activity is part of the "Exemplary Tree-Planting" program, jointly organized by the VTV Youth Union, the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Palace, and the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, in collaboration with relevant units.
The program was attended by representatives from the Central Youth Union, the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, along with over 700 delegates including entrepreneurs, women, and outstanding young people in the Good People, Good Deeds movement, and tree-planting competition. During the event, the delegation held a ceremony to report and pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, visited the President's Mausoleum, offered incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at House 67, and visited the Presidential Palace.
