VTV won four national press awards 'For Vietnam's Education Cause 2019'
VTV.vn - At the Presentation Ceremony of the "For Vietnam's Education Cause 2019" Award, Vietnam Television won one First Prize and three Third Prizes.

On November 16, the National Press Award "For Vietnam's Education Cause 2019" took place in Hanoi. Out of nearly a thousand entries, 44 best works in 4 categories (electronic press, printed press, television, radio) were awarded. In particular, Vietnam Television has 4 winning works, including one First Prize and three Third Prizes.

The “Class on Noc Ong Ruong” work by the authors Nguyen Van Ba, Nguyen Ba Trung, Ho Nu Thi and Nguyen Tai Viet (Department of Science and Education Program) won the first prize in television category.

Also in the television category, the two works “Going to University is no Longer Trendy” of a team comprised of Nguyen Vo Duc Hanh, Tran Quoc Thang (Vietnam Television Center in Ho Chi Minh City); and the work titled Determination by the team made up of Phan Y Linh, Nguyen Nhat Duy, Phan Thanh Hung, Nguyen Dinh Minh and Ha Phuong Lan (Center for Production of Educational Programs) won the third prize.

In the online newspaper category, the works "The Teachers Carried Two Tons of Food across the Mountain" and "the Pain of a Teacher who loses Her Child" by Dinh Thi Thu Huong, Lo Thuy Linh, Nguyen Tai Viet (Digital Newspaper of VTV News) won third prize.

In addition, teacher Luu Van Hoa of Tra Van Primary School, Nam Tra My District, Quang Nam Province - a character in the work "Class on Noc Ong Ruong" (Science and Education Program Department) - was given the Most Impressive Character Award.

Being held for the second time, the National Press Award "For the Vietnam Education Cause" has received the positive response from press agencies and journalists throughout the country. The entries this year are considered to be of high quality, showing the creativity of journalists, and which are really heart-touching works.
