Last night (November 11), the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front, in coordination with the Vietnam Journalists Association, held the 16th "For the Cause of Great National Unity" Press Award Ceremony, 2023-2024.
Now in its 16th edition, the Press Award "For the Cause of Great National Unity" has undergone many innovations, confirming its role and position with the quantity and quality of entries. Out of more than 2,000 submissions from nearly 200 central and local media outlets, the organizing committee selected and awarded 90 outstanding works in five genres of journalism: print, radio, television, electronic newspapers and press photos.
Vietnam Television won an A prize with the 3-episode documentary series "Great Unity for a Strong Vietnam" by the group of journalists: Truong Trang, Le Nguyen, Viet Hung, Trong Thinh, Anh Nhat, The Anh (Ethnic Minority Language Department).
Each entry in the contest is carefully and thoughtfully crafted from a multifaceted perspective, reflecting social critique and demonstrating the authors' commitment and depth of thought. The pieces effectively convey the message: "The spirit of solidarity is the invincible source of strength of our nation."
