Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Thanh Hai emphasized that women at VTV play many roles, from on-air talent to behind- the- scenes work in editing, technology, and program production. Regardless of their positions, they consistently demonstrate responsibility, dedication, and significant contributions to the VTV’s development.
He stated that throughout Vietnam Television’s history, VTV’s women have made a remarkable impact, contributing to the organization’s reputation and overall success. He also congratulated and thanked all female staff members of the network for balancing professional responsibilities with family roles.

The program included a variety of cultural exchange and experiential activities for female employees, ranging from a workshop titled “Happier Every Day” to skincare and body care guidance, physiotherapy sessions, 3D jelly art-making, and artistic flower arranging. These activities fostered a joyful and engaging atmosphere while providing opportunities for participants to share experiences on health care and work-life balance.
During the event, the VTV Trade Union presented certificates of merit to collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in the “Good at Work, Good at Home” emulation movement in 2025. This meaningful initiative honors the roles, qualities, and contributions of women in the modern era while encouraging them to excel in their professional duties and to build progressive, happy families.
The day before, the Vietnam Television Trade Union also organized a health-care activity for female staff, including an introduction to the Dien Chan facial reflexology method, conducted by Dr. Nguyen Dac Thao. This natural therapy stimulated acupoints on the face and body to support balance and improve health without medication. The activity helped participants gain additional knowledge about health care while experiencing a therapy method that has attracted growing public interest.
The series of activities celebrate the contributions of VTV women and spread a spirit of confidence and resilience among female staff, encouraging them to continue contributing to Vietnam Television's development.
