VTV to launch three new game shows

VTV.vn - The three new programs to be aired in May are Manbirth, Man O Man and The Voice.

Manbirth provides contestants with the experience of being pregnant as well as spreads inspiring stories in life. This warm-hearted and entertaining real-life experiment explores gender roles and relationships, unravelling new truths as dads discover all the drama, emotion, laughter and tears that bringing a baby into the world delivers. The final episode on the child birth moment will be the sacred culmination of the show for the couples as well as for the audience.

Manbirth is the Vietnamese adaptation from Keshet International. The show has been successful in Singapore and China. The contestant couples are Tran Thanh – Hari Won, Huong Giang – Truong Giang and Ky Duyen – Hua Vy Van.

The 12 episode show will be on air at 20h30 every Thursday on VTV3, starting from May 24.

Man O Man is another show which will also be released this May. The male contestants would compete in a number of rounds where characteristics a woman may seek in a romantic partner - such as general knowledge, romantic aptitude, conversation skills and sense of humor - would be tested. At the end of each round, members of the entirely female audience (200) each voted for their favorite man.

The 7 that were left then progressed to the next round. The show will be hosted by Lai Van Sam and the jury will include celebrities of Vietnam such as Ninh Duong, Lan Ngoc, Lam Vy Da, Vietnam’s 2014 beauty pageant winner Ky Duyen.

The show will be aired every Saturday at 20h00 starting from May 5 on VTV3.

The Voice has revealed the coaches for this season who are Lam Truong, Thu Phuong, Noo Phuoc Thinh and Toc Tien, the celebrities with huge crowd of fans. The Voice is now taping The Hidden Face round. The first episode will be on air on May 20.
