The community’s collective contributions are recognized in the documentary film.

For the first time, Vietnam's most advanced construction technologies were applied to the reconstruction, making Nu Village a proud symbol of the country's construction industry. The technical solutions not only ensured durability and aesthetics but were also tailored to the region-specific conditions. The goal to complete the project before December 22, 2024, became a driving force for everyone involved.

In the reconstruction of Lang Nu Village, Phuc Khanh Commune, Bao Yen District, Lao Cai Province, the Vietnamese Loving Heart Fund  was instrumental in   facilitating connections with kind contributors around the country bringing new homes and renewed hope to the villagers.

Ms. Vu Thanh Thuy, Director of the Vietnamese Loving Heart Fund at Vietnam Television,  revealed: “Over nearly 90 days, despite the enormous workload and countless challenges, we completed the project ahead of schedule with unwavering determination”.

The locals have started over after suffering for months. They are planting crops, rebuilding their homes, and gradually stabilizing their livelihoods. Smiles are returning, and children like Hoang Gia Bao have gone back to school after receiving medical care.

Not only are the villagers satisfied with the quality of their new homes, but they also feel the warmth of human kindness.

As life in the village is restored, local authorities have set two major goals for Nu Village: the revival of farmlands to secure long-term livelihoods, and the development of tourism services.
