VTV changes the time to celebrate the VTV Awards 2021 and launches new programs in September
VTV.vn - In the context of the extremely stressful COVID-19 epidemic, VTV decided to adjust the time to hold the VTV Impression Awards - VTV Awards 2021.

VTV Impressive Awards is an annual event organized by Vietnam's television station to honor outstanding shows, movies, faces and images on air over the past year.

The award ceremony is usually held in early September, on the occasion of the anniversary of the broadcast of Vietnam Television's first television program. This time around, the VTV Awards 2021 changes the program timing.

Kicked off in June, the 2021 VTV Awards have 11 categories including Awesome Presenter, Awesome Artist, Awesome Male Actor, Awesome Actress, Awesome Drama, Awesome Documentary Film, Stunning News Footage, Awesome Entertainment Program, Awesome Cultural - Sports Program, Awesome Children's Program and Program of the Year. Compared to previous years, the voting round time of the VTV Awards 2021 was shortened, and took place from August 14 to 7:09 a.m. on September 5.

The award ceremony is expected to take place on the same day as the voting portal closes and will be broadcast live on VTV1. However, in the context of the extremely stressful COVID-19 epidemic, and at the same time concentrating resources on important programs in September, Vietnam Television decided to postpone the time of holding the Awards Ceremony.

With the desire to honor the winners in 11 categories, and at the same time create many emotions for the audience, the results of the voting round will be reserved by the Organizing Committee and announced at the Official Awards Ceremony to be held at an appropriate time.

In the historic month of September in which the commemoration of the nation founding anniversary took place, and at the same time many localities throughout the country are combating the COVID-19 epidemic, Vietnam Television has actively and creatively produced many programs with different genres such as documentaries, feature films and reports on the occasion.

Delegations of VTV reporters are present at the pandemic epicenter to deliver stories on the daily work and the hard battle between health professionals and the deadly virus. The reports and documentaries that air on the VTV1 channel show responsibility to the community, the mission of journalists and the commitment of young reporters.

In addition to the programs on facts and current affairs of the country, VTV will bring a cheerful and optimistic atmosphere through comments and live broadcasts of the 3rd round of the Asian qualifiers of the 2022 World Cup (VTV6, VTV5 and VTV9) and entertaining programs such as Share to Get Closer, a special program for children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival on Sunday, September 19 on VTV1; We Were "CHILL" in the Past which airs daily on VTV3; Let's Love Each Other every Sunday on VTV3), King of the Vietnamese Language since October 9 every Friday on VTV3.

With many featured programs in September, Vietnam Television always strives to be creative in providing the best service for audiences across the country.
