Three tons of Cát Chu mangoes were selected from fruit farms in Đồng Tháp by a Dutch company. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, the mangoes underwent a plant health check before being distributed to supermarkets and convenient stores operated by overseas Vietnamese in Germany and the Netherlands, as well as European supermarkets.
Vietnam's Cát Chu mangoes are sold at 16-18 euros per kilogram, higher than those from other countries due to the high cost of air transportation, which was chosen to maintain the quality of the fruits.
