The Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Hong Kong and Macao has sent its representatives to inquire about the conditions of the victims after the incident.
The other 19 members were reported to be in good health. The Vietnamese government has requested favorable conditions to be created for the crew members' families to go to Hong Kong to process the necessary documents.
