Vietnamese movie to be screened at the Boston Film Festival

The movie will be screened from April 13th to April 17th. "Cha cong con/ Father and son" was written and directed by Luong Dinh Dung.

The movie tells the story of a boy named Ca (Fish), and his father, who spend their whole lives on a small trawler that sails up and down the river.

The BIFF has received 3,281 short and long films in 17 categories, including short film, documentary and animation.
