The targeted groups for the survey are enterprises, different agencies of the Communist Party, Government agencies, and state-owned entities. The survey will provide important data for calculating the GDP of Hanoi.
The survey will not cover enterprises working in the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector, diplomats, embassies, or international organizations working in Vietnam.
