Vietnamese contestant wins 1st runner up at Miss Asean Friendship 2017

VTV.vn - 27 contestants from 8 ASEAN countries joined the final round of the Miss ASEAN Friendship 2017 which was held in Phu Yen province's Tuy Hoa City on July 1st.

The title of Miss ASEAN Friendship 2017 went to Nuttanan Naree from Thailand. Two out of three Vietnamese contestants made the top 10, including Huỳnh Thị Yến Nhi and Tô Mai Thùy Dương, with Huỳnh Thị Yến Nhi winning first runner-up. Second runner up went to Penedicta Heda Mercy Charis from Indonesia.

The competition not only promoted the beauty of ASEAN women, but also encouraged the exchange of cultures among ASEAN nations.
