Vietnamese can access Presidential Library in Russia

This library even offers a specialized area for the relationship between Vietnam and Russia, which is a collection of historical data on Vietnam's national liberation / and scientific research on Vietnam's development and bilateral cooperation. All of the material in the library has been digitized. The library continues to diversify its collection, thanks to cooperation with libraries worldwide. There are now 28 remote access centers of the Presidential Library. Vietnam and Laos are the two ASEAN countries with access to this library.
