VTV.vn - On January 14, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc signed the first directive of 2020 on promoting the development of digital technology enterprises in Vietnam.

The directive stated that based on new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and block chains, Vietnamese digital technology enterprises should take the lead and create a breakthrough in the implementation of the "Made in Vietnam" strategy.

The directive also requires the Ministry of Information and Communications and other ministries to adopt a number of solutions so that by 2030, Vietnam will have at least 100,000 digital businesses to build smart cities and e-government, to develop the digital economy, and to apply digital achievements in socio-economic fields and digital transformation.
