Their work has contributed to local poverty reduction and sustainable development in Vietnam. These assessments were made at the fourth international conference on co-operation between Vietnam and foreign NGOs which opened in Hanoi on Thursday. The event attracted 800 local and overseas delegates and guests.
This should inspire ministries and agencies to be more active when it comes to cooperating with NGOs and improving the efficiency and sustainability of projects.
