Vietnam treasures ties with Cambodia

At the reception in Hanoi on Friday, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan congratulated Cambodia on the successful elections. She called on the Cambodian National Assembly to facilitate the licensing of projects invested and carried out by Vietnamese businesses in Cambodia. Heng Samrin agreed upon his Vietnamese counterpart's proposals to continue negotiations between the two countries for the early signing of the Vietnam-Cambodia Border Trade Agreement which will replace the Agreement on Trade and Exchange of Goods and Services in Border Areas that was inked in 2001.
