Vietnam Television will enforce the broadcast rights protection of FIFA U20 World Cup

Vietnam Television (VTV) will broadcast FIFA U20 World Cup on VTV6 channel. 

VTV achieves the rights on free-to-air (FTA) cable TV, FTA satellite TV, FTA terrestrial TV and holds no broadcast rights on the Internet, cellular, IPTV, OTT... 

So VTV requests FTA cable, FTA terrestrial and FTA satellite broadcasters to carry VTV6 transmission  in its entirety in case they were licensed by VTV to distribute VTV6 channel. The broadcasters are required to comply with the rights terms, apply measures to restrict those outside the Vietnamese territory to access the World Cup matches on VTV6  and ensuring that third parties would not commercialize VTV6 signal illegally. 

Those IPTV, OTT, Internet TV, cellular (website, social media, mobile apps...) are requested not to carry the FIFA U20 World Cup transmission under any form.
