From Vietnam Television, Mr. Ho Kien, Head of the International Cooperation Department, and Ms. Le Hai Anh, Deputy Head of the Science and Education Department of Vietnam Television, attended the signing ceremony. KTN Television was represented by Mr. Oo Sawa Tetsuya, Chairman of the Board and General Manager of KTN Television.
This signing can be considered as one of the important activities on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. It will also open up many opportunities for cooperation between the two broadcasters to promote Japanese culture, tourism and cuisine in Vietnam.
On this occasion, the Nagasaki Kunchi Festival will also be held. This is a traditional event that is eagerly awaited here throughout the year. The Nagasaki Kunchi Festival will depict the merchant ship in Nagasaki in the 17th century, where the marriage between merchant Araki Sotaro and Vietnamese princess Anio to Nagasaki took place.
