Vietnam's dairy sector heats up with eye on exports

This has shown the enterprise's efforts in investing and applying the most modern technological processes in milk production. With this certification, the Vietnamese dairy sector will continue to grow stronger, with increased potential for export.

Although Vietnam has the potential to develop agriculture, revenue from the sector has not lined up with its capabilities. Its biggest limitation lies in its fragmented and outdated production that does not meet safety standards. However, now that a Vietnamese dairy enterprise has been certified with Global GAP standards, more export opportunities are expected to open up for the sector.
