Vietnam, Russia strengthen ties

At the meeting, governor Sergey Morozov announced that Ulyanovsk Oblast and Nghệ An Province representatives will attend the inauguration ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh monument in the city of Ulyanovsk.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia, Nguyễn Thanh Sơn, expressed his gratitude for the efforts of Ulyanovsk Oblast's authorities in building the monument, and holding activities to strengthen understanding and friendship between the two countries. He also expressed his appreciation for Ulyanovsk Oblast's authorities creating favourable conditions for Vietnamese people to work and integrate into the local community.
