Vietnam reports no new COVID-19 cases for three consecutive days

VTV.vn - Vietnam reported no new COVID-19 infection cases on the morning of April 19, keeping the total number at 268 for three consecutive days.

Meanwhile, 201 out of 268 COVID-19 patients have recovered, accounting for 75% of the total.

As many as 160 cases were imported, constituting 59.7% of total cases while 108 others have been infections within the community, accounting for 40.3%.

The country has a total of 62,998 people currently under medical quarantine including 279 people in hospitals, 11,338 people at concentrated isolation facilities, and 51,318 people at home.

According to the sub-committee for disease treatment, 14 out of 67 COVID-19 cases have tested negative once for the virus with six having tested negative for the virus a second time.
