This is the biggest motor show ever held in Vietnam, with the total exhibition space covering 40,000 square metres.
The event features over 120 car models from 14 manufacturers, namely Audi, Brabus, Honda, Jeep, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi Motors, Morgan, MG, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.
In addition to the models already available on the market, many new models and concept cars are also present at the show, especially electric vehicles such as the Audi e-tron 50 SUV quattro, Lexus LF-Z and Mercedes EQS.
The show also features more than 200 booths of supporting industries and other vehicles, such as VEAM trucks, Honda Bigbike motorcycles, Dat Bike electric motorbikes and Dcar limousines.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association Brad Kelly said after a two-year hiatus, the Vietnam Motor Show has returned with a larger scale, deserving to be the most anticipated industry event of the year.
He added that the show is where consumers and enthusiasts have the opportunity to appreciate outstanding car models with advanced technologies so that they can choose the most appropriate car for themselves.
