"Although we know it is difficult and thorny, there will certainly never be a shortage of dedicated teachers in the remote areas of the Fatherland," said MCs Duc Bao and Hong Nhung in their moving introduction to the September Vietnamese Melody program. "Because their hearts will compel them to continue their careers just by hearing the laughter of their students. These are the priceless emotions, commitments and sacrifices that educators make for their students," the MCs said.
The Vietnamese Melody program in September is divided into 3 parts with Part I entitled "Sowing Words"; Part II "Sticking to Letters" and Part III "Flowers Bloom on Rocks" or "Happy Schools on the Border"; which tells the story of educators who are not afraid of challenges for the better future of the nation's youth.
Although they come from diverse backgrounds, all of the teachers share a deep love for their work and an unwavering commitment to the children. Despite the challenges and disapproval of their families, they chose to teach preschool in remote areas with shortages and language and cultural barriers. They continue to dedicate themselves to the adventure of "cultivating people" because of their genuine and uncomplicated feelings, as well as their perseverance and love, which turn obstacles into motivation.
"Vietnam Melody" in September will connect audiences with familiar songs but with a new soul. The audience will be immersed in nostalgic images, from the spinning pinwheel symbolizing free youth to the scene of students studying diligently under the guidance of teachers. All will revive sweet memories of their school days in the hearts of viewers.
