Vietnam, Laos further bilateral ties

At a reception for Lao Deputy Prime Minister Bounthong Chithmany on Thursday, the Vietnamese Prime Minister said that Vietnam is determined to implement the agreements reached by the Politburo of the two countries, including those on boosting investments and bilateral cooperation, especially with regards to major transportation projects.

The Lao Deputy Prime Minister said that the Lao government always creates favorable conditions to support Vietnamese businesses in Laos. The Lao Politburo has also asked Lao localities to further foster trade and economic exchanges in the border areas of Laos and Vietnam.
