Vietnam, Japan work together in HR development

VTV.vn - Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan is attending a workshop on Vietnam’s economic and human resources development being held in Japan from August 24th to 30th.

The event is co-hosted by the Vietnamese Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and IM Japan – an international organisation for human resources development. More than 700 Japanese businesses and diplomats are in attendance. 

Speaking at the event, the Vice Chairwoman said that Vietnam has sent over 80,000 apprentices to work in Japan since 1992. During the visit, she also met with Japanese Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, Yasuhisa Shiozaki.
